WHAT WE’RE SEEKING
As a Senior Product Manager for Virtual Office, you will be at the forefront of developing an intuitive, seamless, and self-serve customer experience within our immersive virtual work environment. You will launch key features, and ensure the product aligns with the company’s strategic goals and customer needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Self-Serve Customer Onboarding: Craft a seamless UX that enables customers to independently discover, adopt, customize, and implement their virtual offices, enhancing the user journey with a focus user-centricity and objectivity in design decisions.
Product Launch and Key Features: Oversee the launch of major features such as mobile Katmai, in-game tutorials, screen share optimizations, dynamic event systems, and more, always prioritizing the best user experience through an objective lens.
End-to-End Product Management: Champion the customer perspective in all phases of the product life cycle. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure features are developed, tested, and released on time and meet the highest quality standards.

WHAT YOU BRING
Technical Skills

Proven experience in product management, preferably with SaaS products.
Strong analytical and project management skills, coupled with creative problem-solving.
Deep understanding of UX design and customer journey mapping with a commitment to user-centric principles and objectivity.
Passion for emerging technologies and a constant drive to stay updated on industry trends.

Communication

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate cross-functional collaboration while balancing passion for the product with objectivity in decision-making.
Able to explain why you like or don’t like something, demonstrating an ability to critically assess user experience.
You are good at figuring out the underlying problem to solve and work effectively with others to address them while maintaining objectivity.

Leadership

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams towards achieving key objectives with a focus on user-centricity and objectivity.

Katmai is a fully remote company. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are based on your job-related skills and experience and by location.   Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Katmai is willing to pay at the time of this posting.  The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future
