We are seeking a seasoned Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the development of our user-facing web applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building responsive, high-performance web applications with a keen eye for design and user experience. As part of our dynamic team, you will be instrumental in shaping the frontend architecture and driving the technical direction of our products.
Language Requirements (Mandatory):
Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of sophisticated frontend applications that deliver outstanding user experiences.
Architect scalable and maintainable web applications, ensuring responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility.
Collaborate with product managers, designers and backend engineers to define APIs and integrate them seamlessly with UI components.
Optimize applications for maximum speed while maintaining high-quality code standards.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and best practices to incorporate into our tech stack.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
Experience in managing a team of 3-5 developers.
Expertise in React, HTML5, CSS3, and ES6+.
Experience with state management libraries and knowledge of RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with build tools, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD processes.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates your skills in creating high-quality user interfaces.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
