Overview:

As a Senior Rust Developer, you will implement features in the node as well as help in the technical
design of new projects. Node developers are expected to be capable of traversing the backend stack comfortably (Rust / Smart Contracts) in order to complete feature work.
 This is full time role (North America based)
 Compensation- Top of the market.
Core Responsibilities:
 Build robust, always available deployments for our products
 Develop tools to automate routine processes
 Implement processes to ensure data security and redundancy across our product suite
 Provide mentorship and learning opportunities to team members
Core Qualifications:
 Fluency in Rust, familiarity with Solidity.
 Had worked on system design on project.
 Logical thinker interested in building high-assurance systems that protect valuable secrets
 Able to accurately predict and ship code in a timely manner
 Proven track record of independently driving projects in a fast-paced environment
 Comfortable giving and receiving constructive criticism
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills on both technical and non-technical issues
Extra Credit:
 Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
 Experience working with decentralized systems
 Experience in cryptography
