Location: Hyderabad, India Long term Contract Mandatory: 4+ years Hiring Process: 3 rounds
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas of improvement.
• Collect and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals for system modifications or new implementations.
• Configure various Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, etc., to meet business needs.
• Configure Odoo settings to optimize functionality and user experience across various departments.
• Plan and execute system testing phases, including integration and user acceptance testing. Ensure smooth deployment and implementation of Odoo solutions.
• Provide training to users and offer ongoing support to resolve any issues with the system.
• Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for projects involving Odoo ERP. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, system configurations, and user guides.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and work hours as project demands may vary.
• Design and customize reports and dashboards in Odoo to meet the specific needs of management and operational teams.
Required Skills:
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, preferably with experience in implementing Odoo ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Odoo ERP platform, including understanding of its various modules and capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work well with complex systems and technical details.
• Effective communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in an understandable manner.
• Experience in project management and business process reengineering.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
