Overview:
Job Description: We are looking for 8+ years of experience in Oracle Finance Functional modules like- AR, AP, GL, FA, CM.
Roles and Responsibilities: Should have hands on experience and be able to guide the team of developers. Create detailed IT Functional Designs and test scripts. Should have worked in atleast 2 full life cycle implementations on Fusion Financials. Assist business users during CRPs/SITs/UATs. Lead the configuration/setup, testing, training, implementation, and support of Oracle application modules. Oversee, review, and ensure the development life cycle of a couple of projects in FA, one for cost adjustments and one another for Mass Retirements with the creation of a couple of custom dashboards using OAF. Participate in creating SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and TDD (Technical Design Document). Provide suggestions to avoid performance issues using the SQL tuning advisor. Should have been the code reviewer too. Analyze business requirements of assigned customers and/or project(s) Participate in Change Management and Approval processes. Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
Required Skills: Should have experience and knowledge of inter-dependency between all Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CA, P2P, O2C). Should have team handling experience. Ability to handle pressure in a start-up like environment. US Client facing experience is preferred. Great communication and presentation skills to be able to interact with business stakeholders. Hands on Application Configuration knowledge and experience a must. Worked on PL/SQL (mandatory) forms/reports, OAF, integration, XML publisher, BI Publisher. Having all is not mandatory, but should be strong in PL/SQL, tuning and end to-end testing. Functional knowledge is added advantage. Knowledge of the Oracle A/R and GL tables. Ability to write SQL queries to extract A/R and GL data. Knowledge of standard Oracle reports. Must have complete knowledge on Oracle EBS development tools (RICE), PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, OAF (Oracle Applications Framework), WEB-Adi, Form Personalization, Oracle EBS (11.5.10.2), Oracle EBS (12.2.5), Linux, Window 7, and Windows 10.
Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, engineering, or a related field
