Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive QA Manual Lead to lead and manage our manual testing efforts within the quality assurance team. The QA Manual Lead will play a critical role in overseeing the planning, design, and execution of manual testing processes, ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. This leadership position requires strong testing expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor and guide QA team members.

Job Overview • Location: Remote – Mexico • Long term contract • USD Payment • 5+ years of experience as QA Manual Engineer • 3+ years of experience leading teams • Healthcare industry and Enrollment/Billing experience

Responsibilities • Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques • Develop Manual Test Scripts and should have strong experience on executing manual tests • Create and execute system level test plans, Procedures, perform tests, and document Verification Results • Should have hands on experience to define the test scope, author the system level test plans, test procedures, execute & document verification results and consolidate the reports • Well versed with functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, UI Testing, Report Testing end to end testing to ensure the complete coverage of the test conditions for respective module • Should be able to review, understand and challenge the system requirements for scope, risk, suitability and testability • Demonstrated troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Good to have Knowledge of Healthcare Domain with Understanding of Healthcare Standards such as DICOM, HL7, IHE etc.
