Qualifications:
Proven experience in blockchain security or a closely related field.
Evidence of deep exploration and iteration within a specific blockchain security vertical.
Previous employment or collaboration with top industry players like Coinbase, OpenSea, Spearbit DAO, Ethereum Foundation, Chainlink, Uniswap, or similar.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in blockchain development such as Solidity, Rust, or Go.
Familiarity with the entire blockchain development process, including smart contract development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Research & Strategy: Dive deep into the latest advancements in blockchain security, collaborating closely with founders in defining our technical direction and providing thought leadership to drive innovation and shape our approach
Technical Problem Solving: Evaluate solutions for significant security challenges in the space, aligning them with current pain points, emerging trends, and market needs.
Product Development: Contribute to the ideation, technical design, and launch of new MVPs or features in short sprints.
Continuous Learning: Monitor and analyze the latest blockchain security threats, trends, and technologies. Attend conferences, workshops, and webinars to enhance your expertise.
