Overview:

What you will do
• Responsible for user life cycle management, including user acquisition, conversion,
promotion and retention
• Develop growth strategy according to user needs to reach user growth goal
• Strongly data-driven, make workplan based on goals, monitor ROI, gain insight from data,
and quickly update until reach target
• Work closely with R&D, BD and other teams, build marketing plans and activities by
industry gameplay to target C-end user growth
Your skills and experience
• Bachelor degree or above, 5+ years of working experience in Internet C-end marketing or
user growth, with clear thoughts for user growth
• Depth understanding of indicator tracking and business data analysis such as user
acquisition and retention
• Practical experience in performance advertising, KOL marketing, content marketing and
affiliate marketing, etc.
• Familiar with the growth of overseas social media operations is preferred, including but not
limited to: Twitter/Discord/Telegram /Youtube/Reddit
• Familiar with blockchain and Web3 industry trends and platform operating models.
Experience in related industry in preferred
• Self-drive, logical thinking, sensitive to data with good communication skills and ability to
solve complex problems
• Base in Shanghai
