In a scale from 1-10 how popular is Go (programming language) for back-end? 

As a technical recruiter, I've spoken with plenty of full-stack and back-end developers with over 10 YOE in the engineering field, and most of them haven't had the chance to learn and start using Golang on their projects.
Do you developers have any thoughts on this?
