New to OutDefine - Introduction & Ideas

Hi Everyone,
I am a new member of the portal of OutDefine looking for full-time jobs as a QA Automation Engineer, QA Analyst, or SDET. I am happy to connect with the diverse knowledgeable people out here, learn as much as possible from you, and implement in my career aspects.
Apart from introducing myself, I wanted to discuss the UI of OutDefine. Being in the testing field every time the first thought that strikes my mind is to test the application. After going through multiple pages I felt like the UI was not that user-friendly and there were too many pop-ups asking to complete this, that, etc. Every time I wanted to check a post on the community I had to scroll at a specific section of the page which made it difficult for me for a few minutes to understand what exactly was happening.
Finally, I would like to discuss some suggestions which is to add a filter in the community board where we can filter based on content type, date, etc., and another filter in the job board for filtering with country.
