 am an Agile PM and Scum leader who combines a deep understanding of both technology leadership and the business side of project management to translate a customer’s vision into action plans for the project team with 5 years experience. I remove impediments and promote self-dependency among teams using a holistic approach to creating the project’s structure. Not only do I implement ways to identify risk, I prepare plans in the event risk comes to life. 

Recognized as a leader who promotes collaborative work, I adapt to ever-changing situations with a focus on sharing trust and power equally among teams. I help them optimize their individual and collective performance while taking into account their growth and project success, aka the big picture. 

As a master of Scrum, I clearly define roles and rituals aligned with Scrum values and practices while also remaining flexible and open to opportunities for improvement. I help project teams enhance and streamline their processes by which they achieve their goals, and I do so as a team member who influences without authority and with servant leadership. I ensure all team members look to Agile practices and LEAN principles to bring order to daily tasks.
