  1. While we wear many hats, we need one thing to be passionate about in one's lifetime. We have created massive wealth inequality during the first three industrial revolutions and we continue to increase this even more rapidly as we venture into the 4th Industrial Revolution.
  2. Could we democratize wealth by giving every human the right access to education & skills, access to opportunity & jobs, and access to identity & finance?
  3. Could we do this at scale, without bias through the idea of a Platform Economy?
  4. When Satya Nadella and Mohamed Hassan had this conversation about the forgotten refugees at the WEF Davos 2019, it became apparent to me that this inequality is at its worst in these refugee camps.
  5. StepUp.One is our attempt to obliterate this inequality.
  6. The idea is to reskill 1 million refugees in 1 marketable skill and deploy them at scale to help global executives and businesses deliver outcomes through their social media.
