1. Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended.
2. Create and maintain Git workflows for versions control (Source Code Management).
3. Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for code deployment using Jenkins.
4. Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the infrastructure.
5. Working on ways to automate and improve application development and release processes.
6. Provisioning and configure servers, virtual machines/instances for the deployment of applications and features using automation systems.
7. Build, Deploy, Test, and Orchestrate Docker containers using Kubernetes, Jenkins and other CI/CD tools.
8. Installation and Configuration of various network devices and software (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS) for the company and clients.
9. Ensured network, system and data availability and integrity through preventive maintenance and upgrades.
10. Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
11. Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
12. Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
