I have a proven track record in prospecting and selecting non-technical professionals in a diverse range of business areas, from operational to managerial positions to work in Brazil. As well as,  recruiting top-tier Brazilian professionals, particularly in the technology sector, for international projects spanning the US, Canada, and Europe. 

In addition, I have extensive experience in planning, managing, and executing e-learning projects, including developing educational strategies, creating content, and implementing and administering LMS systems. Alongside this, I have also conducted in-person training sessions for leaders and sales teams.
