1. Led and managed a team of frontend developers to create an electronics health record (EHR) management system that is dedicated for Healthcare service providers (Hospitals, Healthcare centres, Pharmacies, Diagnostics centres, HMOs, ) to automate a patient's encounter within their facility.
2. Adopted the use of Atomic design pattern in architecting and developing reusable, modular, and scalable frontend components using modern web technologies NextJs(ReactJs), great emphasis on component reusability and maintainability across the codebase.
3. With the way the codebase is structured and a well documented code, we were able to facilitate the swift onboarding of new developers to the projects, ensuring a consistent and efficient development workflow and also prevent the need for a 3 weeks onboarding course.
4. Led weekly stand-up to ensure the team worked effectively, using coaching strategies to increase efficiency by 15%.
5. Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and ensure best coding practices within the team.
6. Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to create/integrate appealing
