Having experienced the tough time people go through when they've exhausted all means in resolving a technical issue.
The pain of time being wasted, loosing trust of customers and business failures due to technical problems, I became passionate with helping people resolve technical issue promptly.
I am just a little girl that studied Business Administration in school, but I realized that my passion was related to tech, so I started getting trained and ended up working for Tek Experts as Technical Support Engineer.
