8. - Initiating and proposing changes to any modification of a process, used tool, or performance standards.
9. - Providing support to the team in accomplishing their work commitments.
10. - Maintaining an updated list of conflicts/problems/significant obstacles/risks and monitoring their solution.
11. - Monitoring and directing daily operations to ensure that policies and procedures e ed, that goals are met, and that the provided services are to the required level.
12. - Getting involved in the following process regarding the subordinate staff: selection, training, professional development, and performance evaluation.

16. - To manage the blocking/unblocking system in line with the communication to be established with the Turkish Regulatory Authorities.
17. - Ensuring that banking transactions, legal entities, and individuals are screened against sanctions lists and other internal and external watch lists such as OFAC. Have deep knowledge of Refinitiv, Identitymind, and other related tools.
18. - Managing and reviewing alerts about names stuck in the scan.
19. - To follow the list updates and new developments in the scans.
