In Web Development, I played a significant role in enhancing the main website by contributing to the development and design of new sections, focusing on improving functionality, user experience, and aesthetics. For 10Bet Mexico and 10Bet Africa, I designed and optimized custom landing pages, collaborating with the European team to maintain design consistency and quality. In UX Optimization, I significantly improved the optimization and user experience of 10Bet Mexico's email templates, which led to higher open rates and user engagement. Additionally, I efficiently managed content using CMS Cube, ensuring timely updates and accuracy on the website, and oversaw the Amazon Web Services hosted server to guarantee optimal performance, security, and availability. Furthermore, I provided technical support, resolving complex issues and enhancing operational efficiency.

1. My role included Database Management, where I implemented effective backup and maintenance strategies for COFAA's databases, ensuring their safety, availability, and security. In Web Development, I created the Transparency Obligations website and the Ethics Code web application using advanced technologies, focusing on user-friendliness and compatibility, while improving and automating processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs. For Process Automation, I developed a web application for service logs, which optimized internal processes and improved efficiency in documenting and reporting technical services. Additionally, I provided comprehensive technical support, resolving issues to maintain continuous system operability. Lastly, I identified and executed process improvements, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and service quality.

1. As a Web Developer, I redesigned COFAA's website using CMS Modex, enhancing its functionality and compatibility with National Polytechnic Institute standards. I also played a key role in the system migration, transitioning all internal databases and half of the computer systems online, which improved operational efficiency and data accessibility. My responsibilities extended to Server Administration, where I ensured server performance and reliability, and set up a new server for the Technical Support department to heighten performance and security. Additionally, I provided extensive technical support across COFAA, solving various technical issues and further improving operational efficiency.
