With over a decade of experience 
leading transformative initiatives and managing complex projects, I am eager to bring my 
expertise to your dynamic team.
In my current role as Innovation & Transformation Lead at CQ Fluency, I have successfully 
created a company-wide Innovation Portfolio and led diverse Transformation initiatives. 
During my tenure at Citibank, I spearheaded the Argentina Multi-program Transformation 
in 2022, overseeing the successful implementation of 8 strategic platforms with a team of 
over 600 colleagues. During my career at Citibank I managed multi hatting roles (Program 
and Project Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Analyst and Tester) 
covering the end to end solutions / implementations.
My educational background in Business Information Systems, coupled with proficiency in 
English, Spanish, and Portuguese, enhances my ability to communicate effectively with 
stakeholders from various backgrounds.
