My name is Latchubugatha Manoj Kumar Naidu, residing in Bheemunipatnam, Visakhapatnam, India. I am a dedicated and quick-learning Software Engineer with a strong educational background, holding an M.Tech in Computer Science and Technology from GITAM Deemed to be University, and a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from JNTUK. I am currently employed at HCL Technologies, where I work on the Supply Chain Management project. My responsibilities include managing data using Oracle Toad, performing root cause analysis, troubleshooting production incidents, and developing applications using Java, J2EE, JDBC, and Spring Boot. 

I have prior experience as a Technical Support Engineer at Inspiredge IT Solutions, where I handled Avaya IP Phones and Cisco Networking, and as a Process Executive at PATRA India Services, where I processed insurance certificates and interacted with US clients. I am proficient in MySQL, HTML, CSS, and various development tools, and I am skilled in core Java and Python programming. My strengths include being a flexible team player, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about learning new technologies. In my free time, I enjoy playing cricket, exploring web technologies, and volunteering for social projects. I am fluent in Telugu and English, and I hold certifications in Python and English speaking.
