Backend Engineer

I’m a software engineer and recent graduate from General Assembly’s Software Engineering Immersive bootcamp. I graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee in 2005, and continued into further schooling and a 15-year career in Music Production.

My experience engineering large orchestral recording sessions has given me the ability to effectively solve complex problems in high-pressure situations, as well as the ability to evaluate problems from different perspectives without losing the big picture. My attention to detail and aptitude for problem solving make me particularly suited for backend work.

As a passionate outdoorsman and musician, I’d like to harness my skills to promote the arts, the conservation of our environment, and the betterment of our world in general.
