1. FINDING qualified candidates for a job opening and working to meet the demands of both the employer and the employee throughout the hiring process.
2. • Sourcing people: To find suitable people, use a variety of sources including job boards, social media, networking, and recommendations.
3. • Screening and Evaluating Candidates: Go over resumes, give candidates a preliminary phone interview, and evaluate their qualifications considering the needs of the customer.
4. • Interviewing: Arrange and carry out in-person and virtual interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and experience. Client Collaboration: Develop job descriptions in close consultation with clients to understand their workforce needs and adjust recruitment tactics as necessary.

6. • Negotiation: To ensure mutually advantageous agreements, assist clients and applicants in salary negotiations and job offers.
