As a Product Quality Intern at Sallie Mae, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate critical business requirements, develop comprehensive test plans, and research best practices for software Testing. I leverage my skills in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, product quality, and Azure DevOps Services to ensure high-quality software delivery and compliance. 

I am pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Global Management at Earlham College, with a minor in Quality Science. I am passionate about exploring emerging trends in supply chain operations as an undergraduate researcher and a NielsenIQ Data Analytics Scholar. I also have a diverse background in customer service, marketing, graphic design, and project management, with experience in various roles and industries. I seek opportunities to enhance my skills and knowledge while contributing to the mission and vision of organizations that value representation, social justice, and innovation
