I started my career in 2003 as a trainee in Ahmed industries a family-owned textile manufacturing concern.

Being a quick learner, on the course of my training I learnt basics of production & marketing – the two key segments in this industry. In 2005 I was looking after assignments as Incharge of the two departments. It was the time when I started exploring avenues in export marketing and joined Maya Textile, a relatively larger enterprise as a Product Developer. Among several lead roles that I took during my 12 years tenure was my appointment in Germany as Europe Office Administrator. I was responsible to run the set-up for developing new market for the company’s existing and upcoming products.

In 2017, I initiated a construction concern named Usman Builders. It was diversification to its core with products & new markets Development in Textile till then to real estate Development. It was never a conventional construction company, as UB was among the only few to offer Smart Homes at that time. Modern & Efficient with internet interface!

What’s next? I together with my brother Rashid pursued our combined passion – the food industry. With Lucknow in 2019 & Wildwest in 2021, the fine dining & café.
