1. As a Software Engineer at Kitman Labs, I designed and developed features for a sports analytics product that helps coaches and athletes optimize performance and reduce injuries. I was a backend engineer in a small agile team, delivering clean code with unit tests in two-week sprints. I have also participated in code reviews, pair programming, bug fixing, and scrum ceremonies.

1. As a Technical Lead in a scrum, I was onboarding clients successfully to a FinTech Company’s loyalty platform. Responsible for multiple applications from design to development, both frontend and backend. Worked closely with many end clients like Banks and Credit Unions, gathered the requirements, framed the epics and user stories with the Product Owner, and delivered features in an agile setup. I was a Manager of an offshore team of developers. Followed peer programming and focused on instant resolution of bugs and issues in client acceptance testing and production.

1. Designed and developed the Ordering project as part of a scrum. Analyzed and designed customer requirements and solved critical problems. Attended daily scrum meetings to track progress and brainstorm solutions to deliver the committed tasks in the iteration. Participated in design, and code reviews with the team members. Automated the unit and integrated test cases. Supported the project from testing to production. Prioritized defect resolution and investigated production issues. I was part of a team responsible for transitioning a table maintenance project into DevOps. I was part of a team responsible for slicing functionality from the Ordering Monolith into new Microservices.

It involved attending meetings with external system contacts to negotiate and document the APIs utilized by the project. I also implemented the Web services and EJBs as per the contracts.
