I'm Subhadeep, completed my B.Tech from Guru Nanak Institute of Technology on 2021. Alongside I'm working as a System Engineer of TCS. My role is to analyse the data, maintain the servers, and whatever our support team is doing finding an insight of it, sharing the reports with client side. My main skills are Machine Learning algorithms and SQL, which helps me to identify at what timing and how the support team is working with the requests. Alongside whoever is working or not we can clearly identify as well.
