I have a diverse professional background that includes experience in two significant roles. I began my career at Sitel, where I specialized in customer support for the Amazon campaign. Working across various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, I assisted customers with their inquiries and ensured their satisfaction with Amazon services.

Subsequently, I joined HiSense, focusing on the Australian market and ASKO products. In this technical support role for white goods and kitchen appliances, I provided high-volume assistance over phone and email, honing my troubleshooting skills and strengthening my commitment to customer satisfaction.

In addition to my work experience, I have completed an ITS e-business program, which has provided me with a solid foundation in e-commerce and online business strategies. I also possess knowledge in no-code web development using Webflow and have dabbled in web design with tools like Figma. These additional skills enhance my versatility and ability to adapt to a wide range of tasks and challenges in the tech and customer support domains. 

Also exploring web development, I focused on the front-end and attended an IT Bootcamp. In three intense months, I gained proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and React. Realizing the perpetual opportunities for learning in this field, I'm motivated to continually advance in this profession.
