1. In my current role at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, I serve as an Oracle PL/SQL Developer, contributing to the enhancement and maintenance of critical business applications. My primary responsibilities include collaborating with the front-end design team to provide stored procedures and packages, facilitating seamless data flow from various sources. Additionally, I'm involved in continuous enhancements and troubleshooting production issues, ensuring the integrity and reliability of our systems. I've developed robust PL/SQL scripts for data manipulation, validation, and materialized views, leveraging my expertise in SQL Loader and UNIX shell scripting for efficient data loading and processing. Moreover, my role extends to implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions within Oracle databases, centralizing and standardizing critical business data for improved governance and data consistency. My experience in SQL and PL/SQL performance tuning has been instrumental in optimizing our database performance, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery against aggressive deadlines.
