1. System development: Analysis, design, coding, test and implementation of Financial systems and tools, both Windows Apps and Intranet-based systems. The most complex was the Financial Planning system, where 30+ managers & supervisors including senior management entered their forecasts, and the system would create custom reports in real time, and integrated/compared the actual expenses from the accounting system (SAP & Oracle ERP). This system was later replaced corporate-wide by Hyperion, due to a corporate decision. Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (advance level), VBA programming, Classic ASP scripting, HTML, CSS, Adobe Flash, MS Access, SQL server, Javascript, Visual Basic 6, Oracle ERP, SAP Financial Module
2. Financial Planning: Part of the implementation team for Oracle ERP - I was the champion for Inventory and WIP/Can-ban modules. Organization of Forecast cycles (as much as 6 every year) with all managers and supervisors. Presenting monthly financial results vs. plan to site director, US finance manager and senior management. Financial Planning for ~100 production lines Skills: Finance, Forecasts, Event setup, Business English (Every-day bilingual communication both written and spoken).
