  1. Pre-Sales Manager
  2. RESPONSIBILITIES
  3. • Responsible to build and maintain deep knowledge of the features, functionality and architecture of Kaspersky’s portfolio.
  4. • Support to the end-user and partners enterprise portfolio´s products (Endpoint Protection, Advanced Malware Protection, Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), Anti-APT, Sandboxing, Advanced Threat Defense, Threat Intelligence and Threat Hunting) and answering complex questions about product usage and functionality.
  5. • Provide pre-sales technical support to Channel/Account Managers and Enterprise Customers, developing POC's & architecting revenue-generating services that drive sales
  6. • Respond to RFIs/RFPs: architecture design, solution specifications, products information, proposals write-up, etc
  7. • Qualify, design, build and present Demos and Proof of Concepts (POCs) of Kaspersky solutions and/or products for solution technical validations
  8. • Engage with partners in the business development process to understand partner/client requirements, technical objectives and capabilities
  9. • Provides product knowledge and technical presales support to channel partners
  10. • Provides coaching and products’ enablement to technical teams of enterprise partners in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills
  11. • Help and support presales requests from territories with no presales or with limited resources
  12. • Presents Kaspersky brand and solutions and/or products at conferences, seminars, webinars and other related events
  13. • Provide feedback to customers on product and solution enhancement requests.
  14. • Teamwork with my commercial peer to keep the customer satisfied using the product functionalities and always work for the upselling.
  15. • Articulate the value of our product/service to higher level within customer organization
  16. • Identify, develop and articulate a compelling value proposition to prospective customers in the large enterprise segment

  20. RESPONSIBILITIES
  21. • Responsible to build and maintain deep knowledge of the features, functionality and architecture of Kaspersky’s portfolio
  22. • Support to partners portfolio´s products (for SMB and Enterprise Customers) and answering questions about product usage and functionality
  23. • Prepare and track progress on strategic plans for key channel partners
  24. • Conduct technical meetings with customers and partners to highlight our products and solutions. Perform design work for end-users, partners, and resellers
  25. • Support to partners to respond to RFIs/RFPs: architecture design, solution specifications, products information, proposals write-up, etc
  26. • Qualify, design, build and present Demos and Proof of Concepts (POCs) of Kaspersky solutions and/or products for solution technical validations
  27. • Engage with partners in the business development process to understand partner/client requirements, technical objectives and capabilities

  34. RESPONSIBILITIES
  35. • Establish as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers working with Account Manager and the local partners
  36. • Identify and document specific problems with prospective and current customers which can be solved through the deployment of integrated solutions
  37. • Architect and propose validated solutions which address the identified cybersecurity problems in each unrivaled environment
  38. • Ensure ongoing customer happiness, support, and adoption
  39. • Conduct technical pilots and competitive reviews
  40. • Continuous self-improvement and learning to maintain technical leadership of applicable technologies (Endpoint Protection, Firewall, IDS, SIEM, etc.)
  41. • Understand and effectively differentiate against our top competitors
  42. • Act as the customer advocate for any issues that require technical assistance and follow up with the customer until the issue is resolved
  43. • Provide technical support to customers Enterprise.
  44. • Create and develop innovative strategies to resolve customer issues using sound decision making and critical thinking skills
  45. • Perform limited post-sales support
  46. • Training partners of Kaspersky Portfolio.
