- Pre-Sales Manager
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- • Responsible to build and maintain deep knowledge of the features, functionality and architecture of Kaspersky’s portfolio.
- • Support to the end-user and partners enterprise portfolio´s products (Endpoint Protection, Advanced Malware Protection, Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), Anti-APT, Sandboxing, Advanced Threat Defense, Threat Intelligence and Threat Hunting) and answering complex questions about product usage and functionality.
- • Provide pre-sales technical support to Channel/Account Managers and Enterprise Customers, developing POC's & architecting revenue-generating services that drive sales
- • Respond to RFIs/RFPs: architecture design, solution specifications, products information, proposals write-up, etc
- • Qualify, design, build and present Demos and Proof of Concepts (POCs) of Kaspersky solutions and/or products for solution technical validations
- • Engage with partners in the business development process to understand partner/client requirements, technical objectives and capabilities
- • Provides product knowledge and technical presales support to channel partners
- • Provides coaching and products’ enablement to technical teams of enterprise partners in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills
- • Help and support presales requests from territories with no presales or with limited resources
- • Presents Kaspersky brand and solutions and/or products at conferences, seminars, webinars and other related events
- • Provide feedback to customers on product and solution enhancement requests.
- • Teamwork with my commercial peer to keep the customer satisfied using the product functionalities and always work for the upselling.

- RESPONSIBILITIES

- • Support to partners portfolio´s products (for SMB and Enterprise Customers) and answering questions about product usage and functionality
- • Prepare and track progress on strategic plans for key channel partners
- • Conduct technical meetings with customers and partners to highlight our products and solutions. Perform design work for end-users, partners, and resellers
- • Support to partners to respond to RFIs/RFPs: architecture design, solution specifications, products information, proposals write-up, etc
- • Qualify, design, build and present Demos and Proof of Concepts (POCs) of Kaspersky solutions and/or products for solution technical validations

- RESPONSIBILITIES
- • Establish as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers working with Account Manager and the local partners
- • Identify and document specific problems with prospective and current customers which can be solved through the deployment of integrated solutions
- • Architect and propose validated solutions which address the identified cybersecurity problems in each unrivaled environment
- • Ensure ongoing customer happiness, support, and adoption
- • Conduct technical pilots and competitive reviews
- • Continuous self-improvement and learning to maintain technical leadership of applicable technologies (Endpoint Protection, Firewall, IDS, SIEM, etc.)
- • Understand and effectively differentiate against our top competitors
- • Act as the customer advocate for any issues that require technical assistance and follow up with the customer until the issue is resolved
