I have proficiencies in microsoft office, general management software and social networks. My mother tongue is spanish and I have intermediate level English. I have a major in industrial relations. I am an honest and hard-working person and I like to meet my objectives and proposed goals in a efficient and timelly manner. I learn new skills quicklly and develop long and mutually beneficial relationships.

I worked as a virtual assistant to an agent in CA from 2020 to 2022 I worked on scheduling the team's google calendar meetings and managing customer tickets as well as data entry, I also worked at a call center as an agent where I was responsible for sales-related incoming and outgoing calls and later on as customer support. I worked as entrepeneur for 6 years in my own dental clinic. I also worked as a general manager in a soap powder factory.
