Many companies are asking employees to return to the office, is remote still going to be a thing?
Recently, the CEO of Open AI saying that remote was just an experiment, and we need to return to office. However, I am firm on remaining remote. Does anyone have a similar experience, and how did you bring it up to your employer?

I am also firm on remaining remote. I also don't think that the old standard for in-office work culture will ever fully return. I think it's now shown that businesses can remain successful with remote teams. For many companies, remote work also removes some added expenses.
