Seeking Advice on Transitioning Careers as a Full Stack Developer

I am Hasan Khan, a dedicated Full Stack Developer with 4 months of experience at DigiApp Solutions as a Junior Full Stack Developer. While I am grateful for the opportunity to grow my skills, I have decided that it is time for me to explore new horizons due to certain challenges I have faced with the company's management and overall work environment.
I am eager to share my experiences and seek advice on how to approach my job search in a way that highlights my potential and capabilities. I have worked on various web and mobile app projects, showcasing my proficiency in both front-end and back-end development. However, I often encounter the same obstacle during interviews when asked about my reasons for leaving my current position. I am unsure of how to convey my concerns without sounding negative or inexperienced.
My primary concerns are the lack of timely salary payments and the overall production environment, which I believe is not conducive to my growth as a professional. I am aware that my experience may not yet warrant a high salary, but I am eager to learn and contribute to a team that values my skills and offers a positive work environment.
I would greatly appreciate any suggestions on how to approach this situation during interviews and where to apply for remote or on-site positions. I am open to exploring opportunities with software houses or companies that can offer me a supportive and growth-oriented work environment.
