2. Worked on positions with clients Hexaware, HCL, Birlasoft, Info gain, Innova, Apex systems, Altimetrix, Coforge and Syncechron etc.
3. Responsible for recruiting IT professionals across the USA through Internet job boards based (Dice, and Monster, on ATS (Ceipal), direct phone sourcing, referrals by candidates themselves and LinkedIn Sourcing.
4. Full Lifecycle Recruiting experience - understanding the job order, sourcing the right candidate, negotiations, and closing the deal
5. Negotiating the rates according to recruitment Tax terms (W-2, Full time, and C2C) based on Contract,
6. Contract to hire and Fulltime positions
7. Interviewing & pre- screening the candidates by phone, emailing the job description, checking their availability, communication, and work experience as per the requirements
8. Collecting interview feedback and updating the same to the candidate

3. Involved in a full cycle recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, interviewing, screening, qualifying negotiating rates.
4. Responsible for recruiting IT/Engineering professionals across the USA through Internet job boards based (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) on ATS (Job diva), direct phone sourcing, referrals by candidates themselves and LinkedIn Sourcing.
5. Short listing the candidates based on the skill sets and experience.
6. Assisting junior team members to get proper understanding of a requirements.
7. Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate’s experience and meets the client’s requirements.
8. Interviewing and skills assessment over the phone.
