I am Arsha Pillai, I have over all 2.5+ years of experience in HR Domain with IT recruitment with prominent clients like Amazon, Walmart, Flipkart, Swiggy, The Trade desk, Cisco and many more.

I have also good experience in terms of people management, recruitment, training and development, Onboarding and Exit formalities, Payroll management and Performance Appraisal Analytics. 

Talking about my family, my father is a retired Gulf, my mother is a home maker and my bother is currently pursuing Master of Computer Application.

I am basically from Kerala, India. But I have been brought up in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. I am proficient with 4 languages.
