- Led Business Development activities at PlayEstates, a leading Web3 gaming platform backing in game rewards & NFT's with real life assets to add intrinsic value. During my time at PlayEstates I grew & managed a team of BD professionals, providing training, business plans & performance improvement plans to aid progress securing partnerships & collabs. I am proud to have accomplished the following:
- Created BD department including the creation of CRM tools, organizational systems & identification of prospects.
- Identified, pitched & negotiated closed partnerships with leading clients in Web3, Gaming & Blockchain industries, including; GalaxyArena, Red Door Digital, Fuel Network, Attack Wagon Games, Enjinstarter, Delysium, Space Falcon, Liberty Gaming Guild & Place War.
- Obtained gaming license from PUBG Mobile & closed B2B deals for tokenization as a service and gaming generating 77% of projects revenue & growing the community by 80%.
- Secured $150k USD funding grant from FUEL Network & received SEC & CFTC approval for project.
- Hosted engaging AMA sessions to contribute to community growth.

- YDragon is a cross chain Index Fund provider giving investors the opportunity to own index tokens creating yield generation, auto-rebalancing & a simplified way to passively manage funds. I developed & executed efficient strategies for growth, marketing & created strategic partnerships with range of Web3 & blockchain projects. Achievements included;
- Implemented multi-channel content strategies and community-driven campaigns to increase community size and engagement by over 180%.
- Built brand awareness through targeted marketing campaigns & ensured consistent brand messaging across all communications.
- Part of the team which closed partnerships with projects on the Polygon, Avalanche & Ethereum networks.

Conscious Kitchenware
- I founded Conscious Kitchenware; a brand dedicated to reducing single-use plastic consumption, combining my passions for nature, the environment & cooking before exiting the business successfully in 2021.
- Sourced over 75,000 products and materials from around the world, including China, Australia, and the U.S.
- Developed and executed effective marketing & advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, achieving a return on ad spend (ROAS) of more than 225%.
- Generated revenue in excess of $125,000 in first year of operation and grew by at least 15% each year prior to my exit.
Co-Founder & CMO
The Mineraw
- The Mineraw grew to be Malaysia's largest Natural Skincare Brand providing simple, gentle and clean products that are safe for the skin. I co-founded the brand and was CMO before exiting the business with a successful sale of my shares to an international investment fund. Achievements included;
- Recognized & featured in British Vogue Magazine within first year of launch.
- Achieved RM2,600,000+ ($575k) in revenue with limited initial budget.
- Negotiated contracts & established partnerships with over 35 stockists and brands throughout Southeast & South Asia.
- Built & engaged a social media following of over 27,000 followers, achieving over 2.6 million post engagements and driving monthly online sales growth.
- Collaborated with media, agencies, journalists and partners to increase brand awareness and drive growth.

- Crypto1Method is an online trading educational academy teaching traders of all experience levels multiple trading methods. I began my time as an advisor before taking over the BD & Marketing for the project to aid growth, developing marketing & advertising strategies, pricing formats and generating new business leads & partnerships.
- Designed customer-focused campaigns to drive new customer acquisition, engagement & retention, growing the active subscriber base by over 75%.
- Led B2B and B2C business development efforts to expand brand reach and awareness & provide offline partnership benefits to active subscribers.
- Managed marketing budget and monitored industry trends to inform marketing strategy and investment decisions with an ROI of over 37%. Created & oversaw various forms of content, including blogs, articles and videos to promote brand messaging and engage with target audience.
