I'm looking for a hands-on engineering position: a senior software engineer, a tech lead, maybe a principal engineer.

My strengths: 
* software architecture and implementation, 
* collaboration with fellow engineers, product, business, and other stakeholders, 
* processes improvement, mentoring.

I'm not a people manager though, and am not trying to become one.

I'm especially fond of relatively small and growing companies, with little red tape and more opportunities for impact.
