I'm Elias, an International IT specialist.

I will serve you as a Business Analyst / Product Manager, and to exemplify what that means, below you have a description of my work:

By interviewing your business team and project shareholders to gather requirements and get to know the business processes, I will deliver the system specification required for building or improving your system/platform. 
The deliverables of this phase include documents such as Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Workflow models using BPMN/ERD. Additionally, I can create Figma wireframes to visually illustrate the user experience.

Beyond the specification phase, I play a crucial role in managing the development process. I collaborate closely with the development and business teams, acting as a bridge between them to ensure seamless communication and alignment. Additionally, I create status reports that provide an overview of the ongoing work, keeping all stakeholders informed and updated.

Once the development is complete, I actively participate in the testing phase. I work alongside the QA team and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end users to guarantee the quality of the product before it is moved to production.
