Evans is an experienced Full Stack Software Developer with expertise in building both the front-end and back-end of web applications. Additionally, I have extensive experience in Data Science, which enables me to seamlessly integrate data-driven functionalities into web applications. I’m equipped with a diverse and promising skill set and proficient in multiple programming languages and platforms.
Having worked in the agricultural insurance space for a while and with my background in Actuarial Science, I have developed expertise in Climate risk analysis and Parametric Insurance, where I have been able to apply machine learning algorithms to design inclusive climate insurance solutions. As a believer in solving problems using mathematics and codes, I am building my capacity for innovative climate risk solutions within the InsurTech space.
I’m able to manage myself during independent projects and am also reliable when collaborating with a productive team. I have a great aptitude and desire to work with data, enjoy coding, and have no problem continuously learning.
