I'm a passionate Agile practioner and am experienced Scrum Master with more than10 years of work experience in Agile and having a total work experience of 14 years in IT / Software industry. I have scaled up the Agile processes and delivery of many software solutions as an effective deliverables and making it beneficial for the organisation I worked in. I'm fulfilling my role and responsibilities in a many perspective for delivery of Software solutions in a Agile way. As a Scrum Master I lead many Feature Development Teams following Scrum framework and I implement the Scrum feature with new created software teams as well making sure the iterative, timely and quality delivery. Apart from that I closely work Product Owners, Internal Business Analysts and Release teams to plan releases to clients globally. I also report to CTO and Head of Engineering to present the upcoming deliverables. At development team level I make sure and facilitate them all in each and every perspective from Agile values and Scrum point of view.
