I  have been working in the customer service environment since 2018. I have experience as a customer service representative for Capital One, Xbox Microsoft support, and Amazon, handling phone calls. I am adept at dealing with diverse customers and addressing various requests related to account management, aligning with company goals. Additionally, I possess experience in responding to emails and chats, providing guidance and addressing inquiries, comments, and complaints from customers.

Since 2021, I have worked as a debt collector, handling both 1st party and 3rd party collections for companies such as Aqua Finance Inc. and USCB America.

In 2023, I commenced my role as an Intake Specialist and Receptionist, contributing to a hybrid project that involved collaborating with various law firms. My responsibilities encompassed handling matters related to immigration, bankruptcy, family law, criminal law, workers' compensation, and, to a lesser extent, personal injury.
