I have a solid background in creating and maintaining robust and reusable code. At ICE Data
Services, I troubleshot simple-to-highly complex bugs in various C++ applications while leading
continuous innovations and security improvements, and led the testing and development of new
software solutions. I gathered user requirements and developed much needed testing software,
which in turn resulted in up to 10x faster and unmeasurably more secure software running in the
production environment. After leading the download server migration project, I migrated our
authentication and user routing applications to an AWS cloud-based solution with a JS interface.
At Kinaxis, I satisfied many US Eyes only customer requests up to three weeks ahead of
anticipated resolution dates by meticulously tracing through C++ code. I identified multiple outlying
behaviors in the codebase and created documentation updates or bug requests where applicable
resulting in fewer future customer issues.
My expertise includes back-end systems, Database management, building and maintaining
Distributed systems and creating test applications that expose vulnerabilities in current code bases. I
excel at innovating product features and functionality in collaboration with my colleagues across
