Ms. Rashmi Babre leads as a Design Director at YUJ designs. Her role involves going into depths of User Centred Methodology (UCD), UX principles, life-centric design approach, best practices, design direction, design management and project governance. Rashmi is a User Researcher and User Experience Designer with 15 years of diverse experience in this field. In her professional engagements, she has worked in the areas of Design Leadership, application design & development, design strategy and user experience. She is known for being a key driver in leading technology teams by bringing designs to reality.
Ms. Babre holds a Bachelors in Engineering from University of Mumbai, India. Rashmi has worked with public and private sector innovators like CapGemini, Oracle, General Electric, IBM and Indian Institute of Technology. Some of her key clients hail from eCommerce, Automotive, Education, Healthcare, Oil & Gas, BFSI, FMCG, Telecom, Govt / Public services, Aviation, IT, Hospitality sectors etc. She specialises in evangelizing innovative solutions by thoroughly investing in user research, market research and strategizing. Her unique approach to design involves using ethnographic and user psychology research to craft omni- channel experiences.
