2. As a vCIO and Senior Engineer, I've overseen comprehensive IT Operations, Systems, Network, Cloud, Security, and Compliance for clients. Starting from the first helpdesk role, I grew to manage 20 staff across helpdesk, sales, and accounting. My responsibilities include managing IT budgets, overseeing numerous projects, and becoming an SME in client LOB applications. I've built and overhauled 40+ domains, migrated email systems, and led the hiring and training of IT staff. Additionally, I managed workstations, VMWare environments, P2V conversions, and played a key role in network design for a company scaling to 3000 sites.
