The individualization of work experience is one of the concerns regarding #workingremote.
However, technology offered since long an array of possibilities for preserving collectiveness in virtual environments. I personally have enjoyed working with tools like Padlet, Trello VN, Mural and learning new like Miro, Notion, Figma, Slack, among others.
Who wants to share thoughts on this? Which other tools do you find useful for this purpose?

Hey Winnie, good to see you here! I 100% agree with you on this. I'm getting my hands on Notion and I'm kind of a newbie, but the amount of things you can get done with it it's just incredible. 

About other tools, I guess it always depend on everyone's role. I recently started using Linear and I just find it great, it's easy to track everyone's tasks and priority and helps teams maintain the focus on what's prioritized based on business needs.

All of these tools can help to ensure that teams stay connected and productive while working remotely.
